A Cure For The Blues

Who doesn't love a good smoothie? Here is another favorite of mine that has both fruits and vegetables but I promise you it tastes great. Mangiamo!

Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Yields: one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Milk Whey Protein)

  • 1 handful of frozen spinach leaves

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

  • 5 frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup Orange juice, not from concentrate

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender (I use my Vitamix) and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!
