Who doesn't love a good smoothie? Here is another favorite of mine that has both fruits and vegetables but I promise you it tastes great. Mangiamo!


Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Yields: one serving
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Milk Whey Protein) 
- 1 handful of frozen spinach leaves 
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries 
- 5 frozen strawberries 
- 1 cup Orange juice, not from concentrate 
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender (I use my Vitamix) and blend until smooth. 
- Enjoy!
