Colorful Breakfast Toast

Just another version of breakfast toast to help breakup your mundane routine. Variety is the key to a healthy balance diet. Mangiamo!

Colorful Breakfast Toast

Yields: 1-2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (my favorite is the Whole Foods 365 brand)

  • 1/2 Banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries

  • Chia seeds to garnish

Directions:

  1. Toast slices of bread.

  2. Once toasted, spread peanut butter on bread

  3. Place fruit, bananas and blueberries, on top.

  4. Sprinkle chia seeds over everything and enjoy.
