The Greatest Combo: Peanut Butter & Banana

Peanut Butter Banana Toast

Yields: one serving

Ingredient:

  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread

  • 1.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter (My favorite is Whole Foods 365 Creamy Peanut Butter)

  • ½ Banana, sliced

  • Chia seeds, sprinkled

Directions:

  1. Toast bread in toasted or on stovetop in a pan.

  2. Spread peanut butter on toast and top with sliced bananas and sprinkle with desired amount of chia seeds.
