Peanut Butter Banana Toast
Yields: one serving
Ingredient:
1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
1.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter (My favorite is Whole Foods 365 Creamy Peanut Butter)
½ Banana, sliced
Chia seeds, sprinkled
Directions:
Toast bread in toasted or on stovetop in a pan.
Spread peanut butter on toast and top with sliced bananas and sprinkle with desired amount of chia seeds.
