Yields: 1 serving
Ingredient:
1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
2 tbsp Avocado, mashed
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Directions:
Toast bread in toasted or on stovetop in a pan.
Spread mashed avocado on toast and sprinkle with chia seeds
Optional: Sriracha for added heat
