Cabbage Patch Sweet Potatoes

When in doubt the more color the better the dish. I love the contrast of the cabbage and the sweet potatoes. it makes my mouth water before I even have my first bite. Oh and did I mention how easy this recipe is. Mangiamo!

Sweet Potato Noodles and Cabbage

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Sweet Potato Noodles in Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe

• ¼ cup Cabbage

• ¼ cup Red Cabbage

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy.
