Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Yield: depends on serving size
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of garlic powder
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse one can of chickpeas and set aside.
In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of garlic powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp cayenne (this can be adjusted based on how much spice you can handle).
Add chickpeas to spice mixture and coat evenly.
Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
