Now this is what I call a salad. Mangiamo!

The Most Colorful Salad
Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Bell Peppers
1/4 cup Red Cababge
1/4 cup Butternut squash strings
1/4 cup dried Chickpeas (my favorite ones are here)
Directions:
Throw it all on a plate or in a bowl and enjoy!
