How To Eat More Fruits & Vegetables

One proven way to eat more fruits and vegetables is to have them around the kitchen. When they are present we are more likely to eat them. Another way to ensure they get eaten and not thrown away once rotten is to replace all of your "snack" or junk foods with fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruits & veggies are not only colorful and beautiful but also can make really yummy snacks.

  • Carrots/Celery/Cherry Tomatoes/Cucumbers & Hummus

  • Carrots/Broccoli & Ranch Dressing

  • Carrots & Peanut Butter (I know weird combo but I'm telling you it works!)

  • Sliced Peppers & Guacamole

  • Fruit & Greek Yogurt

  • Celery, Peanut Butter & Raisins
