A Peachy Start to the Day

This is what a normal morning looks like for me. It has everything you need to start your day off right, colorful carbohydrates, protein and healthy fat. Mangiamo!

Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Yields: one serving

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Greek Yogurt (My go to brands are Trader Joe’s, Siggis and Oikos)

  • ¼ cup Chia seeds

  • 1 Peach, sliced

Directions:

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt and chia seeds until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add in sliced peaches
