Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Yields: one serving
Ingredients:
5 oz Greek Yogurt (My go to brands are Trader Joe’s, Siggis and Oikos)
¼ cup Chia seeds
1 Peach, sliced
Directions:
Mix together Greek yogurt and chia seeds until thoroughly combined.
Add in sliced peaches
