Hummus Veggie Sammy
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
2 tbsp Hummus (my favorite is the roasted red pepper)
3-4 leaves Butter lettuce
1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 Avocado, Sliced
Directions:
Spread hummus on slices of bread.
Top with veggies, slice in half and enjoy!
